The Employee Stock Ownership 401(k) Trust (“ESOP”) purchased 100% of the common stock of the Company in a leveraged ESOP recapitalization.

COMPANY
The Company provides a full range of electrical services to commercial and residential customers. The Company also specializes in telecommunications wiring, providing installation services that include: power outlets, cabinet/rack outlets, uninterrupted power supplies and generators.

OUR ROLE
Pendo Advisors, LLC served as independent financial advisor to the trustee of the ESOP and provided a fairness opinion in connection with the transaction.
