The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) purchased 59.3% of the common stock of the Company in a leveraged ESOP recapitalization.

COMPANY
The Company provides a range of civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture and environmental. The Company has six office locations throughout eastern Pennsylvania and represents over 75 local municipalities.

Pendo Advisors, LLC served as independent financial advisor to the trustee of the ESOP and provided a fairness opinion in connection with the transaction.
