The Company was recapitalized resulting in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) owning 100.0% of the common stock of the Company.

COMPANY
The Company operates 13 supermarket stores. The Company sells groceries, meat and seafood, produce, floral, deli and prepared foods, beer, wine and liquor. Select stores also have a bakery, a restaurant, a coffee shop and offer catering services.

Pendo Advisors, LLC served as independent financial advisor to the trustee of the ESOP.
