The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) purchased 48.5% of the common stock of the Company in a leveraged ESOP recapitalization.

The Company is a tradeshow and corporate event marketing firm. The Company’s services include exhibit design and fabrication, retail display programs, show services, on-site supervision, project management and event coordination.

OUR ROLE
Pendo Advisors, LLC served as independent financial advisor to the trustee of the ESOP and provided a fairness opinion in connection with the transaction.
